Does anyone know of any organizations that would donate portable room dividers to a church? I?
I teach my daughters religion class in the basement of our church. There are three other classes at the same time and we are all in the same large room. The noise level is just insane and the kids are always complaining they can't hear. As I've searched online the portable room dividers are pricy and just out of the church's budget. Any ideas?

Would this be TOO MUCH? (Decorating new bedroom)?
I have no idea what I'm doing and would LOVE some opinions! I've been here for 5 weeks now, stuck in a room with PEACH walls and a horrid, GREEN rug. My blanket has a rustic-red and gold design, matching decorative pillows, gold sheets, and a rustic red bed-skirt. I've been thinking about some wallpaper instead of paint and I really, really like the vintage looking designs, or so they're called. I've found some wonderfully matching red and gold ones, but I'm afraid of it being TOO MUCH. Should I find a design that's JUST gold or JUST red? Or could I do like, half perfectly-matching red&gold wallpaper, and then half the wall ONE solid color, with some sort of wooden divider in between? Haha. Like I said, I have no idea what I'm doing.. help?! OH and for the floors, definitely hard wood.
if i were you i would paint the walls a rich creme color and maybe put faux panels in of the wall paper. wall paper frankly sucks to hang, ... See More
Room Decoration Question for my new apartment...HELP!!!?
I live with my grandparents and we have a 2 story home. The upstairs is very nice and they practically live up there. I have a bedroom down in the basement and the downstairs has a bathroom, bedroom, living room, storage room, another bedroom (being used as an office right now but they will be taking the computer and office supplies upstairs). I am 15 years old (16 in 2 months). They told me that I could "live" downstairs and purchase my own mini-fridge and microwave. I just cleaned like the whole downstairs and vaccumed//dusted. I have my layout pretty much decided and now I just need a door. Like I said it is downstairs and the stairs lead into a wall so you have to turn but, there is room to put like a room divider or something up in the door way (which I NEED!!). but, they are like 100 dollars. .... UH NO! I need to know a DIY tip on how to make my own door/divider. Nothing can hang off the ceiling cuz we have that cottage cheese stuff....haha!!! And not the walls because my grandpa said no. Something that can stay up while sitting on the floor.. sorry for the long description!! THANK YOU!!!!

Need advice on a two tone painting of living room walls?
I painted my living room in a deep, earthy tan (Behr "cup of cocoa" to be exact). Love the color but it makes room too dark. I'd like to keep the top 3 feet that color and change the lower 5 feet to something much lighter. (Going for a modern look so wainscotting is out) I'd really appreciate advive on color choices and other tips on how to transition. I'm thinking a simple two tone wall without any particular divider between the colors. Thanks Very Much!

Need Opinion (Home Decor)!!!!!!!!?

I have a really, really modern/contemporary decorated apartment (Stone/glass tables, stainless steel appliances, lime green leather sofa/chairs, white entertainment system, white dining room chairs/glass dining room table funky shaped) and was wondering if it would look good to have them separating my living room dining room which kind of are... just there. http://www.target.com/3-Panel-Room-Divider-Black/dp/B000JPMKXG/ref=sc_ri_1?ie=UTF8&pf_rd_r=0HJRREDSHWC9KS57RVT4&pf_rd_p=481695491&pf_rd_i=B000JPIOS6&pf_rd_s=bottom-11&pf_rd_m=A1VC38T7YXB528&pf_rd_t=201

Help! How to organize my room?
Hi my sister is planning on moving out so now I have the master bedroom that was shared by my sister and I all to myself. I always wanted an apartment feel which is why we got the futon loveseats but we ended up wanting our privacy so we used the Expedit bookcases from Ikea to use as a room divider. But now that I have two bookcases and two futon couches I don't know how to organize the room. The room is 17 ft by 14 ft. Any suggestions on organization of the room or decoration to give it personality( without painting the walls) will be greatly appreciated. Here's what it looks like: http://www.flickr.com/photos/50070085@N06/5261990446/in/photostream/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/50070085@N06/5261990484/in/photostream/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/50070085@N06/5261383343/in/photostream/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/50070085@N06/5261990554/in/photostream/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/50070085@N06/5261383443/in/photostream/
