Is there another name for room divider ceiling to floor curtain pole?
I live in a loft and I want to buy some room dividers but I want to get the sliding curtains that hangs on a pole that extends from the floor to the ceiling, I am not sure what name to search for besides room dividers.

I think that you may want to search under "privacy curtains" or something similar to that. Most room dividers are the kind with panels (2,3 or 4) that sit on the floor. Hope this helps!
Fair booth curtain supports or curtain dividers is what they are called & where you'll find these is at stores that cater to trade shows and fairs.

These poles look a little bit like volleyball net supports, right? And the casing of the curtain is run through a third horizontal rod that attaches to the top of vertical rods. These are made of aluminum and can be adjusted both to height and width. There are a bit tough to find on the internet because it appears that they are called all different names. At the fair, we always called them "curtain dividers." Here's a picture of one, to see if this is indeed what you are looking for:
